Greekly AI Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Greekly LLC, a California limited liability company ("Greekly," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2801 N Street STE N, Sacramento, CA 95816. They govern your use of the Greekly AI mobile application, the greekly.ai website, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is, and what it is not
Greekly AI publishes alerts and information about options contracts and prediction markets, tracks each alert after it is published, and grades it against what happened. The Service also includes educational content, a paper simulator that uses no real money, and price and market data provided by third parties.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, contract, or other instrument. Greekly LLC is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or exchange, and is not registered as any of these with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, or any state regulator. We do not manage money, hold funds, execute trades, or act on your behalf. Any decision to trade, and every trade you make, is yours alone.
Options and prediction-market contracts involve substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Past results, including any graded record shown in the Service, do not predict future results. Information in the Service may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and market data comes from third-party providers we do not control.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is offered to residents of the United States. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at customersupport@greekly.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Some features require a paid subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; Apple handles billing, refunds, and cancellations under its terms. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Introductory or founding pricing applies only as described at the time of purchase, and we may change prices for future billing periods with notice as required by Apple. We do not sell subscriptions outside the App Store and do not store your payment card details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute alerts, data, or content from the Service; reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; share your account; use the Service to violate any law or the rules of any exchange or marketplace; or present Greekly content as your own or as a guarantee of results.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the structure and presentation of its alerts and records, belongs to Greekly LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes under these Terms. "Greekly" and "Greekly AI" are names and marks of Greekly LLC.
7. Third-party data and services
The Service uses data and services from third parties, including market data providers, prediction-market venues such as Kalshi, Apple, and Google. Their content and services are governed by their own terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse them.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ALERT OR INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEKLY LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Greekly LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 1, 6, and 8 through 14 survive termination.
12. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may change the Service, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief.
14. General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Greekly LLC about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Service.
